How to Fix Missing Products in CTX Feed

If some of your products are not appearing in your feed, this may be due to the Product Query Type setting. Adjusting this setting usually resolves the issue.

Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to CTX Feed > Settings.
  3. Locate the option Product Query Type.
  4. Change the setting to Both.
  5. Go to manage feed and create a new feed or edit existing feeds.
