We firmly believe in and stand with our products. But like any other software, we understand that sometimes they might not work perfectly (without issues) for everyone all of the time. If you find a bug on our products and if that makes the system unusable, then you need to open a support ticket and give a temporary admin access to your site (Username, Password, and Login URL). We take minimum 2 days to reply to a ticket. After that, if we are unable to resolve the issue we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase. We will not be responsible for any issues that generate due to a third party plugin.
A couple of small points:
- We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. Either you have to provide a detailed screenshot of your issue or you have to provide temporary access to your site so that we can find the issues and solve them. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Before requesting a refund, please open a support ticket stating your issue in details along with screenshots.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or you buy them by mistake. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

What the 30-day guarantee covers
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of a licence only. It is a one-time guarantee per product, intended to let you try the plugin on your own store without risk.
Renewal payments are not refundable. That includes an automatic renewal you intended to cancel and did not — for example, forgetting to turn off a subscription before its renewal date.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, and cancelling stops all future charges. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
