How to solve the “offer does not exist ” error while uploading local inventory feed.
Often we get an error “Offer Does not Exist” while uploading a local inventory feed on GMC as a supplimental feed. To solve the issue, we can follow the steps below –
- First, we need to make sure we are adding the same Item ID as we used in the primary feed. Let’s say, if we used WooCommerce product ID as product ID on our primary feed, then we would also need to use the same WooCommerce product ID as the ID on our inventory feed.
- The number of items on the primary feed and the local inventory feed should be the same. If you use any filter to exclude or include specific items on the primary feed, make sure to use the same filter to add the local inventory feed.
- Most importantly, when uploading the local inventory feed to GMC, ensure the feed label matches the primary feed’s label.
- If you still get the offer doesn’t exist, copy the item ID getting this error and searh it on your primary feed and check if the primary feed has the items added. If missing, you need to either add that item to your primary feed or remove it from your local inventory feed.
