“Using the premium version since few months. Tried many different feeds for WooCommerce, but this one is the best by far! Use it for Bonanza, eBid, eCrater, and others. All work perfectly. Also this plugin is well documented. I highly recommend.”

Everything you need to know about creating, managing, and optimizing WooCommerce product feeds with CTX Feed Pro.
Your WooCommerce products may not appear on Google Shopping because of missing product data, feed errors, incorrect attributes, or Merchant Center disapprovals. With CTX Feed Pro, you can create and manage Google Shopping feeds with accurate attribute mapping, variations, filters, and automatic updates.
To get your WooCommerce products listed on Google Shopping, generate a product feed, link it to Google Merchant Center, and submit it for review.
Create a product feed for Google Shopping from your WooCommerce store and connect it to Google Merchant Center.
Your WooCommerce changes may not appear in Google Shopping if your feed hasn’t updated or synced with Google Merchant Center.
An outdated feed, incorrect sales/ regular price mapping, or Merchant Center Updates can all be the causes of price differences.
Google Merchant Center may disapprove products because of missing attributes, incorrect product data, feed errors, or policy violations.
Use Dynamic Attribute (IFTTT rules) to conditionally fill missing GTIN/ MPN/ Brand from other product fields, or set a static default value where applicable. If genuinely unavailable, map the "identifier_exists = no" attribute so Google accepts the listing without those fields. Also check that Smart Filter isn't excluding products that already have this data.
In the feed's Category Mapping section, match each WooCommerce category to Google's official taxonomy from a dropdown/search list - this sets the required google_product_category field per category. You can also add product_type separately for your own category labels. Mapping is done once per feed and applies to all products in that category automatically.
Yes. Both the free version and CTX Feed Pro allow you to generate a fully compliant Google product feed. They both include a ready-made Google Shopping template that automatically sets up all the required data attributes demanded by Google Merchant Center.
CTX Feed generates a feed URL, not a direct API push. You submit that URL in Google Merchant Center (Products → Feeds → Add via "Fetch file") and Google pulls it on your set schedule. There's no built-in one-click direct submission to Google's API.
Set the feed's auto-update schedule in Feed Manager - CTX Feed Pro offers 5, 15, or 30-minute cron intervals (free version offers 1hr–1week). Once set, the feed regenerates automatically from live WooCommerce data with no manual re-export needed.
Depends on two factors: your CTX Feed cron interval (as fast as 5 min on Pro) regenerating the feed file, plus how often the ad platform itself re-fetches your feed URL (Google/Meta typically pull every few hours, regardless of your update speed). So changes are reflected in your feed file quickly, but visible on the platform only after their next fetch cycle.
Unlimited. There is no cap on the number of products you can include per feed, and there is no limit on the number of separate feeds you can create.
Yes - use Smart Filter or Advanced Filter to include/exclude products by category, price, stock status, tags, or other attributes, or manually select specific products for a feed.
Yes - you can create unlimited feeds, each independently configured for a specific channel, country/language, or product group (via filters/category selection), with its own template, mapping, and schedule.
Yes - you can choose to feed only the parent variable product, only specific variations (default, first, or last), or a combination of both, giving you flexible control over how variations appear in the feed.
CTX Feed supports 220+ channels via ready-made templates, including major ones like Google Shopping, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Shopping (Bing), Etsy, Snapchat, and various regional marketplaces (idealo, PriceRunner, PriceSpy, etc.), plus custom XML/CSV templates for any channel not pre-listed.
Yes - CTX Feed is fully compatible with WPML, Polylang, and TranslatePress, letting you generate feeds with translated product content per language.
Check CTX Feed > Status for PHP execution time/memory limits and WP-Cron status first. Then verify your filters aren't excluding all products, category/attribute mappings are complete, and try manually regenerating the feed to isolate whether it's a server timeout or a mapping/data issue. If it persists, check the per-feed log or contact support with your Status tab details.
