How to add ACF Filed value into feed?.

This is a step-by-step walkthrough for putting a single Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) value into a feed column. Say each product has an ACF field called Warranty and you want that value in a Google feed column, or in a custom CSV column your marketplace reads. Before you start

• ACF must be installed and active, and your products must have values saved in the field you want to export. CTX Feed reads whatever is stored on each product; an empty field exports empty.
• Note the field’s field name (its meta key) from ACF — for example warranty_period. You’ll need it if you’re on the free plugin.
• Picking ACF fields from the dedicated Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) dropdown group requires CTX Feed Pro, and those mappings export only while Pro is active. On the free plugin, use the post-meta route in Step 3b.

Step 1 — Open the feed’s mapping table

1. Go to CTX Feed → Make Feed to start a new feed, or open an existing feed from Manage Feeds and click its name to edit it.
2. In Feed settings, make sure the Country, Template (channel) and File type are set.
3. Switch to the Config tab, which shows the attribute mapping table.

Step 2 — Add a row for the ACF value

1. Click Add attribute (or the + on an existing row) to insert a new mapping row.
2. In the Channel attribute column, choose the destination — for a Google feed pick a Google attribute, or on a custom template type your own column name (e.g. warranty).
3. Set the row’s Source toggle to Attribute (not Text).

Step 3 — Point the value at your ACF field

3a. With CTX Feed Pro:

1. Open the Value dropdown.
2. Scroll to the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) group and select your field by its label (for example Warranty).

3b. On the free plugin:

1. Open the Value dropdown and find the Custom Fields & Post Metas group.
2. Select the field by its field name (warranty_period). Because ACF is active, CTX Feed still resolves it through ACF’s get_field(), so you get the formatted value.

Either way, CTX Feed strips its internal prefix and calls ACF under the hood, honoring the field’s Return Format — an Image field returns its URL, a Select field returns its value, and so on.

Step 4 — Format the value (optional)

Open More on the row to reach the Prefix, Suffix and Command fields:

• Prefix / Suffix — wrap the value, e.g. a Suffix of months turns 12 into 12 months.
• Output column — clean or transform the value (strip HTML, upper/lowercase, and so on).
• Command — more transforms; requires CTX Feed Pro.

Step 5 — Save, generate, and verify

1. Click Save & generate.
2. When the feed finishes, open it from Manage Feeds → Preview (or Download).
3. Find your new column and confirm the ACF value is present for products that have it.

Troubleshooting

• The column is empty for every product. Double-check the field name/label and that products actually have values saved. Try one product you know has a value.
• The value looks like raw data (an ID or a serialized array). The field’s Return Format in ACF may be set to an ID or object. Adjust the Return Format in ACF and regenerate.
• Your field isn’t in the ACF Fields group. Fields registered in code or local JSON aren’t listed — use the Custom Fields & Post Metas group by field name instead.
• A repeater or nested field doesn’t export cleanly. CTX Feed outputs a scalar or comma-joined value; complex repeater structures may need a simpler subfield mapped individually.
